Journaling in adults and preteens/teens has been scientifically proven as positive for mental health, encouraging kids to do this can help develop those skills at young age, equipping them with the ability to master the technique earlier and being able to be far more expressive about their surroundings, and feelings.
Topics of this workshop includes:
- A brief overview of bullet journaling
- Tips and tricks for setting up a bullet journal for school
- Tips on note taking
- Hands-on time to work or start planning your bullet journal
- Markers, colored pencils, pens, washi tape, and calligraphy pens provided during the workshop
- Dotted paper for journaling
Each attendee will receive a starter kit complete with a dotted journal, ruler and set of colorful pens. Additional materials, including stickers, washi tape and colored pencils, will also be available. You are welcome to bring your favorite supplies, too!
